INTERPROFESSIONAL FUNDS
Companies can register with the Paritetici Interprofessionali Funds by allocating 0.30% of the contributions paid to INPS for training:
registration does not entail any additional costs.
The Funds will, in relation to the resources received, finance training activities for the workers of member companies.
We also offer technical advice on identifying the right fund, if the company is not a member of an Interprofessional Fund.
We are able to advise on training funding and provide support at all stages of a plan, from the definition of training needs to the reporting stage.
Our activities:
- support in the procedures for joining an Interprofessional Fund and in the process of mobility between Funds;
- interface with the Social Partners for the sharing of training plans;
- presentation, management and reporting of projects in the reference platforms of the Interprofessional Funds;
- coordination and monitoring of the entire training process;
- help desk on financed plans.
CONTINUOUS TRAINING – REGIONE LOMBARDIA
We are accredited by the Lombardy Region for corporate vocational training, and we offer courses in the area of Soft Skills that are fully financed thanks to the Notices for Continuing Training. Companies can therefore benefit from completely free training courses without any advance payment of costs.

MONITORING
Due to consolidated know how and an efficient and rigorous method of working, we are of substantial support for:

Management of the start-up stage following the approval of the Plan (course calendars, student lists, class registers)
2.
Constant updates on the monitoring of the Physical, Procedural and Financial data
3.
Supervision of the evolution of the project and the management of related activities
REPORTING
We aid our clients during the closing stages of the project by:
1.
Collecting all financial documents relative to the costs sustained throughout the training courses
2.
Preparing and compiling all of the forms necessary for reporting, providing support in the choice of the Auditors who will certify the courses
3.
Assisting during the final phase of the transfer of the funds to the current account of the company
